Shipping Domestic
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International shipping currently unavailable.

Exchanges
We cannot provide exchanges as our product is made to order.

Returns
Most of our product is not eligible for returns due to the fact that they are made-to-order for each customer. If your product is damaged, please see below.

Items returned to us or undeliverable
If the customer does not input the correct address or an error on the customers’ part results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again.

If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.

lost or damaged items
You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item. Please email us with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 5 business days. If you have not received your item after 10 business days from receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact us.

Jodi is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or undeliverable packages. Of course, I will do my best with what I can to help you if there are any problems with shipping!
